Visit Lynton & Lynmouth

Food & Drink in Lynton and the Lyn Valley

It’s great to have the Food & Drink Leaflets back in print and ready for the 2024 season.

It was disappointing that we didn’t get any booklets or leaflets printed last year.  The was solely because not enough Lynmouth eateries wanted to participate and it seemed misleading to call the booklet/leaflet “Eating & Drinking in Lynton & Lynmouth”.

So this year, it’s back … but simply called “Food & Drink in Lynton and around the Lyn Valley”.  And what a great year its going to be for foodies visiting Lynton this year!  We’ve some great new venues either launching or being reimagined; Number Ten, Restaurant Kensington, The Old Bank, Exmoor-ish!  Also, some new pop up ventures seeing the return of Charlie Friday’s Mexican Nights, and the Vanilla Pod launching their own Mexican Street Food pop ups.

So, we’re printing 15,000 leaflets, with the intention of distributing 5000 to the Northern Quarter of North Devon (Ilfracombe, Combe Martin etc.). 10,000 will remain in resort and be distributed to any/all local businesses who want some; accommodation providers, shops, attractions and the Exmoor National Park Centres (Lynmouth, Dunster and Dulverton). Significant amounts will be given to local campsites.

A huge thank you to all the local and remote businesses who have supported this initiative, it really helps push the message forward that Lynton really is the foodie destination of Exmoor!
