Visit Lynton & Lynmouth

CANCELLED Lynton & Lynmouth Food & Drink 2023

Unfortunately, this project was cancelled due to a lack of enthusiasm and support, making it financially unviable.

Let's show off the incredible selection of places to eat, drink and local produce on offer in the Lyn Valley Area

Lynton & Lynmouth Food & Drink 2023!

Last year, with your support, and funding from the North Devon Council, we launched a new glossy Food & Drink booklet.  This booklet promoted the exceptional places to eat and drink, and unique local produce, we have on offer around the Lyn Valley.

From the messages we received, from businesses and visitors, it was a great success and really helped our food businesses really stand out!  For our ongoing prosperity and desirability as a visitor destination, its vital we continue to stand out as THE place where discerning travellers go to eat, drink and explore.

With your help can get cracking on a printing and distributing a 2023 version of this booklet!

This is the advertising tariff for 2023 to help your choose your preferred advert size.

Visit Lynton & Lynmouth is not about profit, so we have endeavoured to keep the costs as low as possible, to cover production, print and distribution.

Funding

Last year we benefitted from funding from a Government initiative called the ‘Welcome Back (from COVID)’ fund. There are no such funds available for this year, so we’re having to fund raise and ask for contributes from the local business community.

Evocative Editorials

Last year’s editorials added some welcome interest and complemented the main adverts. They offered the reader a deeper insight into some of the businesses around the Lyn Valley.

We’ve some incredible foodie businesses out there, so we’re looking for stories about;

  • New and exciting businesses and entrepreneurs
  • Tasty and delicious Home-made delights
  • Local success stories and award-winners
  • Rustic or traditional foodie experiences
  • Farming, harvesting or foraging stories

Or, any other stories that would surprise and delight our readers, and the world beyond.  And if they don’t make it into the booklet, they will certainly make it onto the website and our social media pages.

It won’t be long before Lynton & Lynmouth and the surrounding area become Exmoor’s epicentre of food for picnickers, food lovers and gourmands alike!
