Water’s Edge is situated within Devon’s Exmoor National Park on Devon’s Heritage Coast in Lynmouth.

The cottage sits right on the bank of the East Lyn River. This is in a deep tree-lined gorge with a spectacular riverside walk to the world-famous Watersmeet beauty spot and just a short stroll to the picturesque harbour and uniquely in Tors Road, has private driveway parking for two cars.

Quietly situated on a no through road, the cottage comfortably sleeps 6 but is just as popular for couples.
