Lynmouth, near the Manor Green
Lynmouth has two beaches both are strewn with boulders and large rocks. Lynmouth’s Eastern Beach can be accessed by walking past the Manor Green after crossing the river near the Rock House or via Lyndale Bridge (A39). There are no facilities on or near the beach and there is no lifeguard so caution should be exercised.
This beach spends a large proportion of the daytime in the shade of Countisbury Hill but is warmed by the sun during the Summer months.
The Eastern Beach is great for a short stroll, play with the kids or walk with the dog.
