Through the evolution of cinema technology and shifts in audience preferences, it has transformed into a full-time cinema, ingeniously set up in a Grade II listed former Methodist Chapel since 2001. This single-screen cinema offers all the charm and comfort expected of a modern movie theatre, including plush seating for 68 guests, complete with ample legroom, Dolby Digital sound, full air-conditioning in summer and central heating in winter.

Catering to its community and visitors, Lynton Cinema runs the gamut of near-release shows and special presentations all year round. During the summer, the cinema provides two daily shows – one tailored for families and another for general audiences. In the winter, it shifts to one evening performance at 8:00 PM alongside a Monday afternoon matinee at 2:30 PM.
