1st - 14th July
From 1st to 14th July, take a wander through the villages and you’ll spot all sorts of strange and brilliant characters popping up in windows, gardens, and doorways.
This year’s theme is Fairy Tales “The Good & The Wicked” — so expect a mix of classic fairy tale faces, with a few surprises along the way. Some might make you smile, others might give you the shivers.
It’s all for fun, and all made by local hands.
No need to rush — just stroll, spot, and enjoy the magic as you go.

The 2025 Scarecrow Gallery
Here are a few of the many Scarecrows appearing across the Lyn Valley. We’ve one word to describe them … INCREDIBLE! So much effort has been put in, and the results are awesome. We couldn’t be more proud of everyone who has made the effort to make this year’s Scarecrow Festival a real wonder!
We will be adding more as we discover them, so check back in with us.
