Each year we try to produce a Shopping Leaflet to help visitors explore our towns to find the perfect gift, garment, or something to eat and drink.
Leaflets could be considered ‘old school’, but people still love a leaflet. This leaflet shows the majority of businesses across Lynton & Lynmouth. It has been paid for with contributions from membership fees and other funding sources.
The inside shows two maps, one is a more zoomed out view of Lynton, the other a more zoomed in view of Queen Street and the surrounding area. This particular map can also be seen on the large map on the wall outside Churchill’s, at the top of Queen Street.

Just 1,000 leaflets have been printed so far. We printed only a few, for a couple of reasons; firstly to keep the costs low and secondarily as a test run to discover any issues, errors or areas that could be improved
There is also an outdoor leaflet holder fixed to the Churchill Map that holds the latest Lynton Eat, Drink and Shop leaflets.
The latest version of the Lynton leaflet incorporates a QR code that when scanned takes the reader to a corresponding Lynton Old Town page on the main Visit Lynton & Lynmouth tourism website.
And the leaflet is also available for viewing or downloading from the Leaflets & Guides Page on the Visit Lynton & Lynmouth website.
