With Julie Smyth’s kind permission we’re able to install a new giant-size map of Lynton & Lynmouth on the wooden panel on the side of Churchill’s building.
The map has been generously donated by Laura & Dan, at A Little Deli, and will be installed towards the end of July 2024.
It is intended to help people explore the area, but also help them see there is plenty going on, on Queen Street.
This particular map features a zoomed-in, more detailed view of Queen Street. Each building is depicted and numbered, these numbers correspond with a supporting leaflet about Lynton.
Corresponding Leaflets
To further help visitors explore Lynton and its shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, a complementary leaflet has been created. The leaflet shows the majority of businesses across Lynton & Lynmouth. It has been paid for with contributions from membership fees and other funding sources.
These leaflets will be made available to local businesses wishing to promote Lynton as a place to explore. There will also be a waterproof leaflet holder installed directly on to the Churchill Map so passersby can help themselves.
