Situated close to the centre of the picturesque village of Lynton, this spacious and well-appointed character property is in an ideal location for getting together with family and friends and enjoying the majesty of Exmoor National Park and the spectacular coastal scenery in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

There is garage parking (2m high and 2 m wide) for 1 car adjacent and roadside parking usually available close by and a parking permit is provided for the local car park (approx. 400yds).
