Must be booked via our bookwhen platform.\n*Home Farm is a Working Farm and Children must be supervised at all times.\n\n Introducing The Chill Sessions A new SEND The Help Family Retreat at Home Farm\, Arlington Court.\nOnce a month\, on the first Sunday of every month\, we’ll be opening up a calm and welcoming space for families raising children with SEND to spend time together in nature.\n\nIf you know us through The Chill Tent\, you’ll recognise the same ethos here – creating gentle\, supportive environments where people can pause\, regulate and just be themselves. This time though\, we’re bringing those “chill” vibes outdoors.\n\nFamilies can expect:\n Nature-based arts & crafts Gardening and outdoor activities Wellbeing walks across the estate Space to connect with other SEND families A relaxed\, accepting environment where nobody needs to explain themselves\n\nThese sessions are completely free\, thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund\, and we are incredibly grateful for their support in making opportunities like this accessible to families who need them.\nA huge thank you as well to Shannon and The Gardeners Co. for trusting us with this beautiful space at Home Farm and allowing us to create something special for the SEND community here.\nParenting children with additional needs can sometimes feel isolating.The Chill Sessions are about changing that.\nA place to breathe.A place to connect.A place where everyone belongs.\n\n Home Farm\, Arlington Court First Sunday of every month Free – booking required

DESCRIPTION:Rock pooling with Exmoor Rangers in Lynmouth\nRock pooling is a hands-on coastal activity for curious children\, families and anyone who wants to take a closer look at life on the shoreline. Set against the rocky edge of Lynmouth\, these guided sessions explore the pools\, crevices and sea-washed edges where crabs\, anemones\, chitons and other small creatures can be found. \nLed by Exmoor National Park Rangers\, the event offers a simple\, practical introduction to the wildlife that lives between land and sea. It is a chance to slow down\, look properly\, and discover how much is happening in places that many people walk past without noticing. For visitors spending time in Lynmouth\, it is a good fit for families\, nature lovers and anyone looking for something active but not overcomplicated. \nConditions on the shoreline can change quickly\, so it is worth dressing for the weather and wearing footwear suitable for wet\, uneven rocks. Water shoes or sturdy wellies are encouraged.
