THE LYNMOUTH SEA SAUNA
We are Back… The FIRST, The ORIGINAL LYNMOUTH SEA SAUNA!
Enjoy a professionally run experience in the amazing 12 seater wood fired glass fronted Sea Sauna.
Either take a Sauna & Sea Dip or Sauna & Cold Tub Dip or simply just a Sauna.
We will be located at Blacklands Beach, Lynmouth Foreshore outside the thecoffeeshackbythesea in March.
High Tide Sauna & Dip, Low Tide Sauna & Cold Tub.
Saturday 29th March from 6am – 8:00am for a High Tide Sauna and Dip Morning Session, and from 4:30pm – 8:30pm, for an evening High Tide Sauna and Dip Session.
Low Tide Sessions from 8:00am till 4:30pm SAUNA ONLY & COLD WATER TUB DIP.
Sunday 30th March from 6am – 9:30am for a High Tide Sauna and Dip Morning Session, and from 6pm – 10pm, for an evening High Tide Sauna and Dip Session.
Low Tide Sessions from 9:30am till 6pm SAUNA ONLY & COLD WATER TUB DIP.
