The Oak Room
Thurs-Sun 11am-2pm & 6pm-9pm
In afternoons The Oak Room serves a selection of teas and fresh ground coffees. You may wish to supplement this with one of their light bites, - or on the sweeter side there are Devon cream teas and a range of delicious cakes.
By evening The Oak Room transforms into an intimate bistro serving authentic tapas alongside a great selection of main meals with a strong Mediterranean influence.
Service is relaxed, attentive and comes with a smile that only adds to the experience.
The restaurant is opposite the town hall in Lee Road, with the building dating back to the 1890s when Lynton was expanding due to the growth in tourism. The present day restaurant is owned and run by Steve and Ren, who have lived in Spain and still spend much time there visiting.
